For this project, I built the e-commerce site to match Figma design specifications, ensuring the final product stayed true to the creative vision. I handled all third-party logistics (3PL) integrations, streamlining order management and fulfillment processes. Beyond the technical setup, I managed the store's apps to optimize functionality and performance. A key feature of the site was the subscription program, which I implemented and maintained to support recurring revenue. I also provided guidance on Shopify best practices to enhance the store's usability, efficiency, and conversion.
